No worries — we understand things happen.

We get it — sometimes things don't work out. Here's how to request to return an item. (Returns and Refunds are upon request and approval)

 

📦 What can I return?

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

 

🔁 Can I return discounted items?

Discounted items are final sale.

 

🛠 How do I start a return?

Email us at contacting.elevate@gmail.com with:

 

Your order number

The item(s) you'd like to return

A quick reason for your request to return.

 

We'll reply within 3 business days.

Once we receive and approve the item, refunds are processed in 3–7 business days.

 

💸 Who pays for return shipping?

If we made a mistake (wrong item, defective, etc.), we'll cover it.

otherwise, returns won’t be accepted.

 

❓ Can I cancel my order?

⚠️ Note: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 

Can I change or modify my order?

No Changes once the order is placed. 

⚠️ Note: Once the order is shipped, the logistics courier will reject modification since it will be mixed with various other packages. 

 

📍 Didn't receive your order yet?

Before requesting a return, check your tracking page — your package might still be in transit.

If there's no movement for over 10 business days, shoot us a message.
